HERSHEY – The Hershey Bears announced today in conjunction with ABC-27 that the remainder of the 2009 Calder Cup Finals between the BEARS and Manitoba Moose will be televised live from the MTS Centre in Winnipeg. The announcement was made today by BEARS President/GM Doug Yingst.

The game can be seen in central Pennsylvania on WHTM’s Comcast Digital 246, Verizon Fios Digital channel 461 and also on WHTM Digital 27.2. Coverage on television begins at 8:30 p.m. eastern time this Friday night for Game 6 from Manitoba. ABC-27 Sports Director Gregg Mace will anchor coverage during the pregame, postgame and intermissions, with Jim Jones serving as sideline reporter live from MTS Centre.

The BEARS lead the 2009 Calder Cup Finals three games to two, and look to claim the franchise’s 10th Calder Cup championship in Winnipeg this weekend.
