So now we know the field of 16 competing in single elimination fashion for the right to visit the nation’s capital in spring and the first-ever Frozen Four hosted by Washington. Ours is a tidier sheet of brackets, with far less pretender fluff.
Now we at OFB want your Frozen Four picks.
There’s a fresh feel to this field — defending champ BC is prematurely golfing; ditto for the Gophers and Badgers.
In a field of really hot goaltenders, who will be the hottest in each regional? Are we in store for a couple of those crazy multiple overtime sudden death region-deciders? The fun begins next Friday, and by Sunday night we’ll know who’s headed to D.C.
