2008 Frozen Four

The 2008 Frozen Four is set.

The semifinals take place on April 10th with North Dakota defenseman and Washington Capitals’ draft pick Joe Finley skating against Boston College at 6pm EDT. The second game is at 9pm EDT with Michigan against Notre Dame, the only four seed ever to make it to the Frozen Four. Both semifinal games will be televised on ESPN2. The National Championship game is on the 12th at 9pm EDT on ESPN.
After this year in Denver, the Frozen Four moves East to the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C., for the 2009 edition of the Frozen Four.

    I never thought that after losing Schneider in goal, Boyle smashing guys against the wall, and Motherwell defending (got suspended and left for the AHL) we would make it to the Frozen Four… AGAIN! This is amazing. Thank god for Nate Gerbe and Joe Whitney! Looks like BC is coming together quite well after all.

    What is the word with Finley, it looks like from everything that I am reading the Caps want him to play out his eligibility? Are you hearing the same thing? Apparently there are a lot of people in Grand forks that would like to see him sign, I think one more year with the Sioux would be ok, but I can’t imagine him not signing.
